The Challenge

WagerBird had 408 clients, $137K in revenue, and a silent crisis: 72.3% of their base was dormant, 56% were single-buyers, and the 56 VIP clients concentrated 75.6% of all revenue — but leadership had no visibility on this. Without any integration between Stripe, AWeber, and SlickText, buyers received zero post-purchase follow-up. Existing flows were sending zero emails.

Solution Architecture

  • 4-way Make.com Pipeline: Stripe Webhooks → Real-time Google Sheets lookup → Smart Router (Whale / VIP / Repeat Buyer / New Customer) → Automatic AWeber tagging. Built from scratch, live in the first sprint.
  • Deep AI Business Analysis: Used Claude + Gemini to analyze 1,276 transactions and identify 5 behavioral segments, discovering $50K+ in high-end revenue ($2K–$4K) that was completely undetected. Identified the "Day-11 danger zone".
  • 5 Automated Lifecycle Flows: Day-5 refill nudge, Day-11 win-back, dormant VIP reactivation ($41.7K historical), subscription renewal defense, and repeat buyer transactional flow.
  • Full-Stack Integration Audit: Root cause analysis of SlickText bug, fixed AWeber bugs generating thousands of fake entries, and optimized OptinMonster.
  • TCPA Compliance SMS Landing Page: Designed SlickText double opt-in landing page with a custom DNS subdomain (go.wagerbird.com) and a 3-email sequence to build the SMS list.
